Tenn. Sheriff Auctioning Confiscated Firearms

TOWNHALL — Would you like to participate in an online auction of confiscated firearms by the local government in Putman County, Tennessee?

Apparently the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office is currently selling 250 confiscated or unclaimed firearms through an online auction.

Online bidding begins on February 16 at 10:00 AM CT and ends March 1 at 10:00 AM CT.

There’s only one catch: the bidding process will be held through a private organization, Tays Reality and Auction, LLC.

Debt Collection and Interest Charges: The bidder agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by Tays Realty & Auction, LLC in its efforts to collect unpaid funds from the bidder. The bidder agrees that a fee of 2% of the outstanding balance per month be added to any unpaid balance due Tays Realty & Auction, LLC. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Putnam County, Tennessee.

Small town politics can oftentimes be as bad as politics here in Washington, D.C.
